First and the best method is to collect coordinates of all candies and finding a pattern between them to make a triplet or quartet for this we will collect coordinates of whole Candies using open CV. I think open CV is free fast and reliable image processing library so we will use open CV in our old tutorials and new tutorials so learn how to do template matching and finding all similar templates from an image by following these links and if you have any problem contact me via Email
